Communicated very well. I was expecting 5/5 delivery, but I got a 4/5. But, I think that’s because I was expecting a more detailed breakdown of materials (i.e. drywall count; length of electrical wire, etc). What I received was a general estimation of square footages, which is still useful. This is why I still gave the seller 4/5, instead of a lower number.
